Ross Turner

Ross Turner

Ross Turner was the sole proprietor of Scenic Studios Pty Ltd since the official retirement of Paul Kathner 15 years ago.

Ross has worked as a scenic artist for 55 years and his extensive knowledge, talent and ability affords him the status of Master Painter and one of Australia's leading scenic artists. He decided to retire at the end of 2015 yet he continues to mentor and train the scenic painters at Scenic Studios on an ocassional basis.

Brendan Pierce

Brendan Pierce

Brendan has worked as a scenic artist for 25 years at Scenic Studios and was trained by Ross Turner and Paul Kathner and is now one of Australia's leading scenic artists.

At the beginning of 2016 Brendan took over the company from Ross Turner to continue the tradition of Scenic Painting. He has a passionate young team along side of him that assists him producing quality work for major productions. Last year he worked with his team on My Fair Lady, Nutcracker for Western Australian Ballet, Singapore Ballet, Little Shop of Horrors, Les Mis for Singapore & Dubai and has just finished work on The Book of Mormon Musical.
